1. Since Oct 1 st 2002, sanction procedures of Project Proposal for foreign-funded enterprises have been cancelled, except some items such as Report Of After-Examining Approval which has its own constructive items or other regulations of the State.

    2. All the foreign-funded enterprises which have registered in the District Industry & Commerce Bureau must be surveyed in its premise by the Industry & Commerce Bureau of the local street. Only after approved by the ICB can you take procedures.

    3. The foreign-funded enterprises should invest according to the terms of sanctified Contract and Charter, then take procedures of corresponding license-changing by the relevant materials including Assets Proof-test etc.
